Refunds are made exclusively using the payment systems DINACARD, VISA, EC/MC and Maestro/IPS payment. Refunds are not made in any other way (in cash or otherwise), except to the payment card account by canceling the original transaction or to the account from which the IPS payment was made. If the card account has been closed or the current account from which the IPS payment was made has been closed, the Customer must indicate in the request the account number to which he wants to make a refund.
The Customer should contact the Institution’s Payment Operations Office by e-mail with the subject: “Transaction reversal” to the following address: ecommerce@altapay.rs, which should contain the following mandatory items:
- Description of the reason for the refund or reversal of the transaction:
- Transaction date/time
- Transaction amount
- Transaction amount to be reversed (if it is a part of the transaction)
- Transaction data:
- Order number
- Authorization code (payment card) / End to End transaction reference (IPS)
- Transaction status
- Transaction status code
- Transaction number
- Transaction reference ID
- Name of the User’s EPOS at which the transaction was carried out
- Available customer data (name and surname)
- Seal and signature of the responsible person of Simulator letenja company #1
- Number of the account/card to which the refund is made (in case the initially used account/card has been closed in the meantime)
The received request for a refund or reversal of transaction is forwarded by the Institution’s Payment Operations Office to the bank accepting payment cards and IPS payments (acquiring bank) in the prescribed and agreed manner for reversal.
