Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). The informational display of prices in other currencies is based on the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card or account will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared to the original price displayed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most modern cryptographic technologies. The entire payment process is conducted on the websites of the Institution. At no time is payment card data accessible to our system.

Refund Policy
In case it is necessary to execute a refund of the charged funds to the Customer's payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund/payment method (SMS message, confirmed DMS transactions)/time when the funds were charged (during or after the end of the working day), the User will execute the refund exclusively through DINACARD, VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods/IPS payments. Refunds are not made in any other way (in cash or similar) but are processed back to the payment card account by canceling the original transaction or to the account from which the IPS payment was made. If the card account is closed or the current account from which the IPS payment was made is closed, the Customer is required to specify the account number to which they wish to receive the refund in their request.

The Customer should contact the Institution's Payment Operations Office via email with the subject: “Transaction Cancellation” at the following address: ecommerce@altapay.rs, which should include the following mandatory items:

• Description of the reason for the refund or cancellation of the transaction

• Date/time of the transaction

• Amount of the transaction

• Amount of the transaction for cancellation (if it is part of a transaction)

• Transaction details:

 • Order number

 • Authorization code (payment card) / End-to-End transaction reference (IPS)

 • Transaction status

 • Transaction status code

 • Transaction number

 • Transaction reference ID

 • Name of the Customer's EPOS where the transaction was executed

 • Available customer information (first and last name)

 • Seal and signature of the responsible person of the Customer

 • Account/card number to which the refund is being made (in case the initially used account/card has been closed in the meantime)

The received request for a refund or cancellation of the transaction is forwarded by the Payment Operations Office to the bank receiving payment cards and IPS payments (the Bank of the acceptor) in the prescribed and agreed manner for cancellation.
