Third-party services we use
The website is built on the Tilda platform. Analytics and advertising tags are loaded via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TH5T6N8K). Based on a website scan, we use the following third-party services:
Measurement and advertising with Google and Meta are aligned with Google Consent Mode v2 (advanced mode), so that tag behavior and any data forwarding are adjusted to your choice in the banner. The default state for all non-necessary categories is rejected until you give consent.
Retention periods
The retention period for each individual cookie (from a few minutes up to a maximum of 24 months) is stated in the Cookie Declaration table at the bottom of this page, which is automatically updated after each website scan. Data on the service providers' side is stored in accordance with their policies and our settings, generally up to 14 months for analytics and up to 13 months for advertising, or until consent is withdrawn.
Transfer of data outside the Republic of Serbia
The aforementioned service providers may process data outside the Republic of Serbia, including the United States of America, which do not have an adequacy decision regarding the level of protection. The transfer is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) that we have concluded with the service providers and/or on the basis of your consent, after you have been informed of the possible risks of such transfer.

- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Cookies: _fbp, connect.facebook.net. Conversion measurement and advertising. With consent, certain data (hashed email address or phone number) may be used for event matching (Advanced Matching) in hashed form. With regard to these processing activities, Meta and we may act as joint controllers, in accordance with the Meta Controller Addendum. Category: marketing.
- Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Corporation. Cookies: _clck, _clsk, _cltk, ANONCHK, SM. Analysis of website behavior, heatmaps, and session recordings. Sensitive fields are masked by default, but this involves user behavior data. Category: statistics.
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), Microsoft Corporation. Cookies: MUID, MR, SRM_B. Conversion measurement and advertising. Category: marketing.
- Vimeo (Vimeo Inc.) for displaying embedded video content on the website.
